We offer a range of service contracts backed by our helpdesk and customer support team. Manned by technical staff they will either solve the problem over the phone or deploy one of LOOK's 30 service engineers nationally to solve the problem.
Cutting the Cost of Service Support
Support call data captured by the system is compared with a number of databases used to provide an audit record of all CCTV systems installed back to the components used, the engineer who installed the systems and when it was last serviced and by whom.
As standard, LOOK service and support contracts include call out and fault tracking analysis. This allows us to use this trending information to quickly identify problem components and take steps to replace them. It also allows us to provide you with accurately predict preventative maintenance service information based on device, bus route: suburban and rural, and ensure upgrades are available ahead of time. We're also looking for reoccuring problems and we'll advise you on how to prevent them and reduce your support costs.
Operators opting for a garage and LOOK CCTV systems wireless LAN configuration are able to capture diagnostics information automatically.
